I feel personally that Wizards of the Coast could have made a powerful and unique card in Gale that would have consumed Legendary Artifacts on the battlefield that would have granted Gale some powers
Thats why its great to see a reprint, both offering it as a chance for buyers of Commanders Masters, but also hopefully, in bringing the price down on the singles market ever so slightly
A card that appears in 1 out of every 50 packs is worth more than one in every 3 packs
I doubt it will be a popular Commander though since it doesn't really do anything outside of being an all-star support card
